Q: What are the library's hours?

A: Check the hours page for details on particular rooms and staff availability.

Q: When can I get help using the website’s live chat?

A: Chat live Mon - Fri, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Additional help options and times.

Q: Do you have all my textbooks?

A: Not necessarily. If your instructors have requested them, we try to keep a copy of required textbooks either online or on reserve at the Service Desk. Many of our ebooks have limits to the number of people who can read at a time.

Q: Is there color printing?

A: Yes, there is black and white ($0.10/page) and color printing ($0.25/page). Add money to your account online and pay with your ID card.

Q: Where are good places to study?

A: Quiet study space is available on the 3rd and 4th floor. The 2nd floor is good for group study.
