Attach your PICO sheet to the request form. Also attach any other materials that provide context for your PICO question (such as assignment guidelines, relevant articles, preliminary searches). By attaching your PICO sheet and other materials, the librarian will be able to review your materials in advance and provide feedback during the consultation.
