Wilmer Memorial Library

The Wilmer Library has three reservable rooms:

Library Training Room

• 17 computers
• 80-inch HD display
• Blu-ray and DVD
• Laptop connectivity

 Library Conference Room 1

• Seats 8 people
• Wireless Polycom phone (upon request)
• Glass marker board

Library Conference Room 2

• Seats 8 people
• Wireless Polycom phone upon request
• Glass marker board

To reserve a room:
 

1. In Calendar view, choose New Meeting
    
2. Choose Scheduling Assistant
    
3. Enter the Start and End times for the meeting
    
4. Click on Add Rooms
    
5. Search for one of the rooms listed above, click rooms, click ok
    
6. Choose Appointment
    
7. Add meeting name as the subject line and click send
    
8. The requester will receive an email once the reservation has been approved
