Lexicomp combines several different pharmacology and toxicology resources into a single search. Topics include interactions between drugs, evaluations of drugs, toxicity of common substances, herbal preparations, calculation of dosage, etc.
UpToDate Lexidrug This link opens in a new window
Formerly Lexicomp. The UpToDate Lexidrug family of databases combines several different pharmacology and toxicology resources into a single searchable interface. Topics include interactions between drugs, evaluations of drugs, toxicity of common substances, herbal preparations, calculation of dosage, etc. Lexidrug includes AHFS (i.e., the Big Red Book) and Martindale data.

Cochrane Systematic Reviews provide thorough evaluation of evidence on specific clinical questions.

ACOG Clinical Practice Guidelines
A PubMed search for ACOG Clinical Practice Guidelines published in the Green Journal (Obstetrics & Gynecology) with links to full-text through Scott Library.

Trip is a clinical search engine that classifies results by evidence type. This is a great resource for searching systematic reviews and practice guidelines.

PubMed Clinical Queries
PubMed Clinical Queries uses predefined filters to help you quickly refine PubMed searches on clinical or disease-specific topics.
LactMed
LactMed contains information on drugs and other chemicals to which breastfeeding mothers may be exposed. It includes information on the levels of such substances in breast milk and infant blood, and the possible adverse effects in the nursing infant.

Prevent Group B Strep App for Obstetric Providers (CDC)
The app was developed in collaboration with and endorsed by ACOG and the American College of Nurse-Midwives. Intended users include those providing obstetric care (e.g., obstetricians, nurse-midwives, family practitioners).
STI Treatment Guide (CDC)
Streamlined STI prevention, diagnostic, and treatment recommendations.
U.S. Preventive Services Task Force Screening Guidelines
The Prevention TaskForce (formerly ePSS) application assists primary care clinicians to identify the screening, counseling, and preventive medication services that are appropriate for their patients.
