Finding Full Text

A step-by-step guide to getting full text through Jefferson Libraries

Requesting an article through Interlibrary Loan

If an article is not available through our subscriptions or open access, you may request it through interlibrary loan. We may be able to order a copy for you from another library.

(More information about interlibrary loan is available on the main Interlibrary Loan guide.)
Step 1: Start by going to the website for your library: Paul J. Gutman Library (East Falls campus), Scott Memorial Library (Center City campus), Dixon Library (Dixon campus).
For The Alexander and Herbert Luria Learning Center (Einstein Philadelphia), use the ILL Request Form on the Luria website.
Step 2: In the search box, choose the "Articles" tab and enter the article title in the search box.

Step 3: Check off the "Include results from other libraries" box.

Step 4: Click on the article title.

Step 5: Choose the Interlibrary Loan link matching your campus library: Scott Memorial Library for the Center City campus and Dixon campus, or Gutman Library for the East Falls campus. Click on "Request Item via [my library] Interlibrary Loan (Login with Campus Key and Password)"

Step 6: If it is your first time using ILLiad, you will be prompted to enter your contact information. Once you are in ILLiad, the citation information should appear in the "Order an Article" interlibrary loan request form.
Click "Submit" to place the request.

Step 7: You will receive notification once your request has been filled. You can then download the PDF through ILLiad.

More information about Interlibrary Loan is available on the Scott Memorial Library or Paul J. Gutman Library Interlibrary Loan pages.
