Thomas Jefferson University has entered into an open access "read & publish" agreement with Elsevier which waives article processing charges for university affiliated authors wishing to publish open access in any of Elsevier's core hybrid journals. Thomas Jefferson University's participation is through the Libraries' membership in the Lyrasis consortium and applies to manuscripts submitted in calendar years 2025-2027. Please note that LVHN affiliates are not eligible for this program.
