The Libraries have entered a “Publish & Read” agreement with the Microbiology Society. This agreement waives all article processing fees for corresponding authors from Jefferson seeking to publish in any of the Microbiology Society’s journals.

Author Workflow Guides
Corresponding authors submitting to any of the Society’s journals must identify their affiliation with Thomas Jefferson University when they submit the manuscript and must choose the Open Access publishing option. Jefferson authors must use their “@jefferson.edu” or “@students.jefferson.edu” email. All accepted manuscripts must carry the follow acknowledgement at the bottom of the first page of the published paper:
“This article was made open access via a Publish and Read agreement between the Microbiology Society and the corresponding author’s institution, Thomas Jefferson University.”
