Thomas Jefferson University Libraries has entered into several "read-write" or "transformative" agreements with publishers which allow for no-fee open access publishing by university affiliated authors. These agreements expand our traditional journal licenses and subscriptions to include allowances for Thomas Jefferson University affiliated authors wishing to publish open access in journals published by these publishers. Please note that LVHN residents, fellows, and clinicians are not eligible to participate in these agreements.

In addition, the libraries have an institutional membership for BMJ Case Reports, which provides for free, but not open access, publication of case studies authored by Jeffersonians.
